Information You Provide Directly to Us. We will collect any information that you provide to us. If you are an DS Capital stakeholder, then we also may collect information you may submit in connection with obtaining stockholder benefits such as a government identifier or other verification information, but such information will be governed by a separate privacy notice that you will have received directly from us.

Website Usage Information. Notice of Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information. The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) sets forth certain obligations for businesses that “sell” personal information (as sell is defined under CCPA and under current guidance). We do not engage in such activity and have not engaged in such activity in the past twelve months.
