Kevin Djungu Sungu - Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Djungu Sungu co-founded DS CAPITAL GRP and is responsible for structuring all aspects of DS CAPITAL investments, including acquisition, asset management, portfolio management, and raising capital. Mr. Djungu Sungu served on multiple investment committees related to debt and equity platforms. Mr. Djungu Sungu previously held a position working in the capacity of Managing Director and asset manager for the Alonzo Properties family office where he focused on value-add opportunities through managing existing assets, new acquisitions, and mixed-use commercial development. Mr. Djungu Sungu studied accounting and business management. Mr. Djungu Sungu is an avid all-rounder enjoying cycling, classic cars, french literature, and philanthropy.

Nicholas Sagheb - Partner, Vice President of Real Estate
Mr. Sagheb is originally from Los Angeles, however he has lived, studied, and worked in New York City for the past [8] years. A patron of the arts, Mr. Sagheb originally relocated to New York to accept a role at the Met Museum having pursued his studies, and ultimately earning a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from NYU. Mr. Sagheb transitioned to a career in real estate through his previous role as Director of Acquisition and Senior Analyst for the Alonzo Properties family office. Mr. Sagheb received a Master of Science in Real Estate Asset Management from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Rather than pursuing a traditional path, Mr. Sagheb oversees Acquisitions and Real Estate. Mr. Sagheb is motivated by ensuring that current assets exceed expected returns. Finally, Mr. Sagheb is an aficionado of film, gastronome, classic cars, skiing, and he maintains his enthusiasm as a patron of the arts.
